Forever and a day, one of my goals has been to reduce my baby belly. Ha! My son is now 3 years old and I’m nowhere closer to achieving it. But this year, I am making a commitment to focus on it.
So, what did I do? I signed myself up for 2 workout challenges. Yes.
My first one is a 30 day yoga challenge online. Before I had my baby, I faithfully went to Tim’s yoga classes, knowing I would have a hard and satisfying workout. I always left the class a sweaty mess. Anyway, since my baby was born, I had not yet returned to one of Tim’s yoga classes… until January 1, 2017. More than 3 years later. (Caveat: I faithfully do other yoga classes so I wasn’t that out of it!)
As I said, I committed to doing Tim’s 30 day online challenge so I did yoga twice that day. Anyway, if you want to do it with me, it isn’t too late since it is only day 7. Check it out here: http://yogawithtim.com/. Really really good stuff.
My second challenge is with my friend Aubrey, an IFBB Pro. What’s IFBB? Well, it’s the home of Mr. Olympia so the woman is in sick shape. She’s in the middle of getting her website up and running but you can find her here and contact her here. We met in our Mommy Group, The New Mom School, when our babies were only months old. Well, she looks like this (even after baby!):

And my stomach wishes it could be half that! So, here’s to inspiring goals!
